My Christmas Forest

I seem to have made my very own Christmas tree forest during the last week. It’s been fun making the trees. In the photo I have crochet ones with gold beads and bows. The others are a mohair and acrylic blend crocheted and trimmed with shiny red beads. They are as usual for sale here. I’ve also been painting some lovely bright green cone ones. I have a sneaky feeling they will be staying here though and not making it to Folksy.

Well I finally made my mind up about which idea to go with for the upcycle competition organised by Folksy and Sue Ryder. I’m not going to tell you what it is yet but I will say it involves a felted sweater, red satin and lots of bling! Hopefully I will get my butt into gear and get it finished in time.
